Sound in Savasana - An Online Workshop for Yoga Teachers

Sound in Savasana is a live online workshop for yoga teachers who are curious about bringing sound into their classes with more care, confidence and professional integrity.

This 2-hour session explores how simple sound can support savasana, restorative yoga, yin, meditation and slower breath-led practices — without turning your yoga class into a full sound bath or stepping beyond your scope as a yoga teacher.

We will look at the role of sound in relaxation, how to create a warm and safe environment, how to introduce sound with consent, and how to use simple instruments such as bowls, chimes, rainsticks, drums, voice and silence with sensitivity.

You do not need to own lots of instruments to attend. The workshop is about listening, discernment and thoughtful teaching — not collecting equipment.
